Digital Product Refund Policy
1. Nature of Digital Products
Due to the non-tangible, irrevocable nature of digital goods, all sales are final. Once you purchase a product and the download link or access is delivered, the transaction is considered complete.
2. No Refunds or Exchanges
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any digital products.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we may consider a refund or credit at our sole discretion in the following cases:
- Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the exact same item twice.
- Technical Defect: If the file is corrupted or proven to be non-functional, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
